Hello Y’all!! Welcome to Majors and Co. Boutique Homestore and Workshops! Below is all the information you need to know about signup up for workshops, ordering, shipping, returning, etc!! Please read over it and initial below once you have!
• For shipping we offer USPS, UPS, FedEx. We also offer FREE in-store pickup. We try to get you the very best in shipping so that your item arrives undamaged and on time.
• PLEASE double check your shipping address to make sure it is entered correctly. Addresses that are incorrect in your account and have to be shipped back to us, the CUSTOMER is responsible to have that item shipped back to them! The exact shipping rate will invoiced to you, once paid we will ship that item to you!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE IF SHIPPED
• Orders typically ship same day or next day! You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 days to ship.
DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION FOR LOCALS?
• We absolutely do! The items need to be paid in full and give us 24 hours to put your items together. If you need it sooner, please email us at email@example.com or call (605) 593-6859.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
• Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
• We except returns but returns are for store credit or exchange ONLY!
• No Refunds!
• All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
• Store Credit does not expire.
• Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from when the item shipped.
• You are responsible for return shipping cost. Return shipping costs are NOT subject to store credit.
• Item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received.
• Items must be returned unwashed, unworn with original tags still attached. If items are damaged (makeup, deodorant, smoke, pet hair, etc.) they will not be accepted and be returned to you and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
• If you receive a defected item, your order is incorrect or you are missing items please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can take care of it for you!
• If you received the wrong item please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can take care of it for you! We will only issue a refund for this one reason only (wrong item received). If you do not reach out to us in the 3 days your order WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged.
• When returning an item PLEASE write in there somewhere if you want an exchange or store credit! *Note: Items can be exchanged only if they are in stock. If item is out of stock you will be issued store credit.
**Colors may appear differently in person than on computer, tablets or phones.
**If you are an Oklahoma resident you will be REQUIRED TO PAY SALES TAX.
**Always follow care instructions; we are NOT responsible for damaged items after they are cared for, washed or already worn.
WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
• We offer numerous different workshops here at Majors and Co! We offer sign making classes, decor making classes, private parties and children's parties, and many more unique DIY workshops! Each class you will receive all materials to tackle your project and get hands on instruction. We also offer light refreshments and FUN as well! For more details on each class or for a current schedule, please check out our workshop schedule in our website!
• We require a 48 hour cancellation notice in that you will be credited for a future class. There are no refunds.
• Depending on which class, determines the price. They range from $40 up to $100 depending on which sort of class.
FREQUENCY OF CLASSES
• We offer two to four classes per month.
PRIVATE PARTY CLASSES
• We can host a private workshops or you and your friends! Depending on which class you would like to do, determines the price. Space is also limited so we would need to know approximately how many people you are wanting to attend. We work with you to customize a class you and your friends will love! We provide instruction, light refreshments, and all materials for the class. What's you and your friends that you have a private shopping experience at Majors and Company as well!
